Upon receipt of a Notification, WooColoring.com will conduct a preliminary evaluation of the alleged violation to establish its credibility and legitimacy.

If the outcome of the preliminary evaluation indicates that the complaint in the Notification is credible and legitimate, the Violation Material will be taken down pending the finalization of our investigations and/or the reaching of an agreement between WooColoring.com and you.

Should the Violation Material have been supplied to WooColoring.com by a third party, the Website will get in touch with that third party during its investigations to determine the extent of that third party’s rights over the Violation Material.

  2. The Violation Material shall be replaced without changes and without necessitating licensing fees;
  3. The Violation Material shall be replaced without changes as per the terms of a negotiated paid license;
  4. The Violation Material shall be replaced with modifications to eliminate violating elements; or
  5. The Violation Material shall be taken down and not re-published.

If a complaint cannot be resolved, the Violation Material shall stay removed indefinitely or until an acceptable resolution is achieved.

Should a complaint be unresolved and becomes the subject of legal proceedings, the Violation Material shall stay removed, the provisions of this Policy shall cease to apply, and the complaint shall be settled as directed by the parties, their legal advisors, and/or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

  1. Modifications to this Policy and Procedure

WooColoring.com reserves the right to modify this Policy as we may consider necessary from time to time or as required by law.
